What real estate classes and events do I have coming up in May for agents, lenders, and industry partners in Colorado?
I’ve got a strong lineup of May classes and events coming up across Colorado for real estate agents, lenders, and industry partners who want to sharpen their marketing, learn practical AI tools, improve open house strategy, use MLS data more effectively, and build better connections in the real estate community.
A quick look back at what we’ve been building together
One of the best parts of what I do is getting to bring real estate professionals together in rooms where people can learn something useful, meet someone new, and leave feeling like their time was well spent.
That has always been the goal for me.
Yes, I work in title insurance. Yes, I represent Chicago Title Colorado. But bigger picture, I’ve always wanted to create real value for the Colorado real estate community through education, collaboration, and events that actually help people move their business forward.
This video is a quick look back at some of the classes, conversations, workshops, and events I’ve had the chance to host. And while I love looking back at those moments, the bigger message is really about what’s ahead.
We’ve got a lot more coming in May.
If you’re a real estate agent, lender, affiliate, or industry partner anywhere in Colorado, this is exactly the kind of season where it pays to stay plugged in. The market keeps changing. Consumer expectations keep changing. Technology keeps changing. And if you want to stay sharp, stand out, and keep creating opportunities, it helps to stay around people who are learning, adapting, and trying new things too.
That is what I want these events to be.
Not just another class.
Not just another networking invite.
Not just another thing on your calendar.
I want these to be events that help you grow.
Why I keep hosting classes and events for the real estate community
I’ve said this before, but it’s worth repeating. My goal is simple. I want to create events that help real estate professionals grow, learn practical tools, make stronger connections, and stay ahead.
That can mean a lot of different things depending on where you are in your business.
For one agent, growth might mean learning how to market an open house better so they can get more people through the door.
For another agent, it might mean finally understanding how to use AI in a way that actually saves time instead of just feeling overwhelming.
For a lender or affiliate partner, it might mean getting in the room with more real estate professionals and building stronger relationships with the right people.
For someone newer in the business, it might simply mean being around the community, meeting people, and realizing they do not have to figure everything out on their own.
That’s why I love doing this.
The real estate business can feel isolating sometimes. It can also feel noisy. Everyone is posting. Everyone is selling. Everyone is saying they have the secret. But when you get people together in person or even through a focused class with something practical to learn, it cuts through a lot of that noise.
It gives people something real.
And that matters to me.
May is packed with valuable real estate classes and events
This May, I’ve got a full lineup of classes and events on the way, and I’m excited about the mix because it covers both practical business growth and community.
Some of these are focused on marketing.
Some are focused on AI and efficiency.
Some are designed to help you sharpen how you present value to your clients.
And some are just a great excuse to get out, connect with people, and be part of the Colorado real estate community.
Here’s what’s coming up this May:
Maximize Your Open House Traffic
1 CE Credit: AI-Powered Market Data
Dodge for a Cause Charity Dodgeball Tournament
Claude CoWork for Real Estate Agents
10-Minute Emails With AI for Real Estate Agents in Colorado Springs
Each one brings something a little different to the table, and that’s intentional.
Maximize Your Open House Traffic
Open houses are still one of the biggest opportunities agents have to create momentum around a listing, build new relationships, meet neighbors, and generate leads.
But the truth is, a lot of open houses still get marketed pretty lightly.
A sign in the yard.
A few social posts.
Maybe a blast text or email.
And that’s about it.
This class is designed to help agents think bigger and smarter about open house promotion. Not just how to host one, but how to actually drive more traffic to it using both digital and traditional marketing tactics.
That matters because more traffic can create more energy around a listing. More eyes on the home can lead to more conversations. More conversations can create more opportunities, not only for that listing, but for your business overall.
I love classes like this because they give agents tactics they can go use immediately. This is not theory for theory’s sake. The goal is to walk away with ideas you can actually implement.
If you host listings, market listings, or want to improve how you promote open houses, this is the kind of class that can help you tighten up your strategy.
1 CE Credit: AI-Powered Market Data
This is one I’m especially excited about because it hits on a huge need in the market right now.
Most agents have access to incredible MLS data. The problem is not access. The problem is that many people either do not use it well, do not know how to present it clearly, or do not know how to turn it into something that actually adds value in front of a client.
That is where AI starts to get really interesting.
Used the right way, AI can help you organize, interpret, summarize, and present market data faster and more effectively. That does not replace your expertise. It enhances it.
This class is all about helping real estate professionals understand how to take raw MLS data and turn it into client-ready insights.
That might help in a listing presentation.
It might help in a seller price conversation.
It might help with farming.
It might help with market update content.
It might help you look more prepared and more strategic when you sit down with a client.
And that is really the point.
Clients want confidence. They want clarity. They want to feel like the professional sitting across from them actually understands the market. When you know how to use your data better, you can create that experience much more effectively.
The CE credit is great, but the bigger value is learning how to make your data work harder for you.
Dodge for a Cause Charity Dodgeball Tournament
Not every event has to be a classroom.
Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is show up, have fun, and connect with people in a setting that feels different from the normal day-to-day real estate grind.
That’s why I love community events like this.
The Dodge for a Cause Charity Dodgeball Tournament is a chance for people in the industry to come together for something energetic, memorable, and purpose-driven. It is fun, it is social, and it creates a totally different type of connection than what happens at a standard networking event.
I think there is real value in that.
Relationships in real estate are built in many different ways. Sometimes it happens in a conference room. Sometimes it happens over coffee. Sometimes it happens while laughing on the dodgeball court.
Those moments matter too.
Community matters too.
And when you can combine community with a cause, that is even better.
Claude CoWork for Real Estate Agents
AI is moving fast, and one of the biggest challenges I see is that a lot of people know they should be paying attention, but they are not always sure where to focus.
That is exactly why sessions like this matter.
Claude CoWork is one of those tools that gets people thinking beyond basic prompting. It opens up a much bigger conversation around workflow, productivity, organization, and using AI in a way that actually helps get work done.
For real estate agents, that can be a very big deal.
Because most agents are not looking for more tech just to say they use tech. They want tools that save time, reduce friction, help them communicate better, and create more leverage in the business.
That is the lens I like to teach through.
Not tech for tech’s sake.
Useful tech.
Practical tech.
Things you can use in the real world.
If you’ve been curious about where AI is heading and what that means for real estate professionals, this is the kind of class that can help you get more clear on what is possible.
10-Minute Emails With AI for Real Estate Agents in Colorado Springs
Email is still one of the most underrated tools in real estate.
A lot of agents know they should be emailing their database more consistently, but the same obstacles keep getting in the way. They are busy. They do not know what to say. They overthink it. They want it to sound good. They want it to feel useful. And before they know it, another week goes by and nothing gets sent.
That is where AI can help in a very practical way.
This class is focused on helping agents create emails faster without losing the personal side of communication. The point is not to sound robotic. The point is to use AI as a tool to help you get moving, generate ideas, tighten your messaging, and send more consistent communication in less time.
That is a big advantage.
Because consistent email builds familiarity.
Familiarity builds trust.
And trust helps drive opportunity.
I’m especially excited to bring this one to Colorado Springs because there is a growing appetite for practical AI education that actually connects to daily business activities. Agents do not just want inspiration. They want implementation.
That is what I try to focus on.
Why this lineup matters right now
I do not think this is just about filling a calendar with events.
I think this lineup matters because it reflects what real estate professionals need right now.
They need smarter marketing.
They need better communication systems.
They need practical ways to use AI.
They need strategies for standing out.
They need more value in their client conversations.
And honestly, they need community too.
This business can move fast. Markets shift. Tools evolve. Consumer behavior changes. What worked a year ago may not be enough now. That does not mean you need to panic. It just means you need to keep learning and keep sharpening your edge.
That is what these events are built around.
If you come to one, my hope is that you leave with at least one good idea you can implement right away.
If you come to several, even better.
Because over time, those ideas stack.
Who these May events are for
These events are designed for:
Real estate agents who want to grow and stay sharp
Mortgage lenders who want better conversations and stronger relationships
Industry partners who want to stay relevant and connected
Newer agents looking for practical education and community
Experienced agents who want better tools, better systems, and better ideas
You do not have to be an AI expert.
You do not have to be a top producer.
You do not have to have everything figured out.
You just have to be open to learning something useful and getting in the room.
That is enough.
What I hope people take away from these events
More than anything, I want people to leave feeling like the event was worth their time.
That has always been a big personal benchmark for me.
If someone takes time out of their day to attend something I’m hosting, I want them to walk away and feel like they got real value from it. Maybe they learned a strategy. Maybe they met someone new. Maybe they got inspired to finally try something they’ve been putting off. Maybe they found a tool that saves them hours every month.
Whatever it is, I want it to matter.
I think that is how trust gets built over time.
Not through hype.
Not through trying to be the loudest.
But through showing up consistently, sharing useful things, and helping people move forward.
That is what I want to keep doing in May and beyond.
If you’re in Colorado real estate, stay plugged in this May
If you are a real estate professional anywhere in Colorado, I’d encourage you to stay plugged in this month.
Whether you are in Denver, Colorado Springs, or somewhere else in the state, these events are meant to help you stay connected to what is working right now.
If one class fits exactly what you need, come to that one.
If a networking event sounds like the right move, jump in.
If you want to start using AI more effectively, there is something here for you.
If you want to market listings better, there is something here for you too.
That is the beauty of this lineup. It is practical, relevant, and built around the kinds of things that can actually help your business.

Final takeaway
This video may be a quick recap of past classes and events, but the bigger message is about momentum.
We’ve built some great things together already, and I’m excited to keep that going in May.
I’m going to keep hosting events that help real estate professionals learn, connect, and grow. I’m going to keep sharing tools, ideas, and strategies that can make business easier and stronger. And I’m going to keep doing my best to be a real resource for the Colorado real estate community.
If that sounds like something you want to be part of, I’d love to have you there.
