How many classes and events did I host for the real estate community in 2025, and what does that mean for agents going into 2026?
Short answer: I wrapped up 2025 hosting 119 classes, workshops, panels, and community events for real estate professionals, and that momentum is only growing as we head into 2026.
As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been spending a lot of time reflecting on what this year looked like, not just for me, but for the real estate community we’ve built together. And honestly… wow. What a year this has been.
A Year Built on Education, Collaboration, and Real Conversations
When I think back on 2025, the thing that stands out the most is not the number itself, even though 119 classes and events still feels wild to say out loud.
What stands out is the why behind all of it.
Every class, workshop, panel, and event this year was built around one simple goal:
Help real estate professionals grow smarter, stronger, and more confident in their business.
That meant creating spaces for:
Practical education that agents can actually use
Honest conversations about what is working and what is not
Real tools, not fluff
Community over competition
From small workshops to packed rooms, from first-year agents to seasoned producers, the energy stayed the same. People showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and grow.
That’s what made 2025 special.
119 Classes and Events Later… Here’s What I’ve Learned
Hosting nearly 120 real estate classes and events in a single year gives you a pretty clear pulse on the market and on the challenges agents are facing.
Here are a few things I saw consistently across Denver, Colorado Springs, and beyond.
1. Agents Want Less Noise and More Clarity
There is no shortage of information in real estate.
What agents are craving is clarity.
They want to know:
What actually matters right now
What tools are worth their time
How to simplify marketing and systems
How to work smarter without burning out
That’s why classes around AI, marketing systems, video, Google Business Profiles, and real data consistently filled up.
2. Community Still Matters More Than Ever
Despite all the tech, automation, and AI tools available today, real estate is still a people business.
The events that resonated most were the ones that brought people together:
Panels with honest conversations
In-person workshops
Networking that didn’t feel forced
Rooms where agents felt supported, not sold to
Real community builds trust. Trust builds growth.
3. Education Is the Ultimate Value Add
At the end of the day, education is the strongest value add I can bring to the table.
Yes, I work in title insurance.Yes, I partner closely with real estate agents and lenders. But education is what creates long-term relationships.
When agents leave a class feeling more confident, more informed, and better equipped, that’s when real partnerships form.
If You Haven’t Been to One of My Classes Yet, This Is Your Sign
If you’re a real estate agent, lender, or industry professional reading this and thinking:
“I keep meaning to make it to one of his classes…”
I’d genuinely love to see you in person.
Whether you’re brand new to the business or deep into your career, the goal is always the same:
Walk away with something useful
Learn something you can apply immediately
Feel supported by the community around you
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just value.
Looking Ahead to 2026: More Value, More Education, More Community
If 2025 was about building momentum, 2026 is about leveling up.
Here’s what I’m most excited about going into the new year:
More hands-on, practical classes
Deeper dives into AI, marketing, and automation
More panels and community-driven events
More opportunities for collaboration
More resources agents can actually use in their business
The goal stays the same. The execution keeps getting better.
