A live, conversation-driven real estate speaker series in Denver featuring seven agents sharing what’s actually working in luxury, marketing, systems, and growth heading into 2026.

What’s really working in real estate right now as we head into 2026?

The short answer is this: the agents winning today are not following generic playbooks, chasing every new trend, or copying what worked five years ago. They are building intentional businesses, backed by strong systems, clear positioning, and strategies that match who they are and how they want to grow.

That is exactly why I am hosting What’s Working Right Now in Real Estate, a live, conversation-driven speaker series on January 16 in Denver.

This event is not about opinions. It is about execution.

The Real Estate Industry Is Loud, But Clarity Is Rare

Let’s be honest.

Real estate is full of noise. Every platform is packed with advice, hot takes, and bold claims about the one strategy you “have to” use to succeed. One week it is social media. The next week it is buyer funnels. Then it is luxury branding, AI, or automation.

Most agents are not short on information. They are short on clarity.

What I see every day working with agents across Denver and Colorado is this: the most successful agents are not doing everything. They are doing a few things exceptionally well, and those things are aligned with their strengths, market, and long-term goals. This event exists to bring that clarity into one room.

Why I Created This Speaker Series

I host a lot of classes, panels, and workshops. But this one is different by design.

I did not want another traditional panel where speakers give polished answers, recycle talking points, or stay surface-level. I wanted real conversations with agents who are actively building strong businesses right now.

That meant:

  • No generic scripts

  • No canned success stories

  • No theory without proof

Instead, each speaker will be asked curated questions specific to their business model, what they do well, and what they are actually executing at a high level today.

You are going to hear what is working, why it is working, and how it fits into the bigger picture heading into 2026.

Seven Agents. Seven Different Business Models.

One of the biggest myths in real estate is that there is only one right way to succeed.

This event intentionally brings together agents with very different approaches so you can see the contrast and decide what fits you best.

You will hear from agents succeeding in areas like:

  • Luxury real estate and high-end client experiences

  • Mountain and second-home markets

  • Content-driven and social-first businesses

  • Referral-based, relationship-first growth models

  • Systems-heavy operations built for scale

  • Hybrid strategies combining online and offline marketing

These are not early-stage experiments. These are businesses already producing results, refining processes, and preparing for what comes next.

Not a Panel. A Conversation.

Calling this a “panel” does not quite capture the format.

This is a conversation-driven speaker series. Each agent will be asked different questions based on their strengths and business structure. The goal is to go deeper instead of broader.

You will hear real answers to questions like:

  • What are you doubling down on in 2025 and 2026?

  • What did you stop doing because it was no longer effective?

  • Where are you seeing the biggest return on time and energy?

  • How are you protecting your schedule and avoiding burnout?

  • What systems or habits changed your business the most?

This format allows for honesty and nuance, which is often missing from large-stage panels.

Who This Event Is For

This event is built for agents who want to grow with intention.

If you are looking for shortcuts or silver bullets, this probably is not the right room. But if you want better systems, sharper marketing ideas, and exposure to strategies you can actually apply, this event will be worth your time.

You will get the most value if you are:

  • Actively producing and looking to refine your business

  • Curious about different models without feeling pressured to copy them

  • Thinking ahead to what 2026 requires, not just what worked in the past

  • Interested in long-term growth, not quick wins

Whether you are early in your career or well-established, hearing how others are solving similar challenges will spark ideas you can adapt immediately.

Why Location Matters

We are hosting this event at Clayton Hotel & Members Club, located in the heart of Cherry Creek.

The Clayton is known for bringing together professionals, creatives, and leaders across industries. It is designed for thoughtful conversation, connection, and high-level experiences, which makes it the perfect setting for this kind of event.

This is not a hotel ballroom with rows of chairs and a stage. The environment matters, and the Clayton creates space for meaningful interaction before, during, and after the conversations.

Event Details

Here are the details so you can plan accordingly:

  • Date: January 16

  • Time: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM MST

  • Location: Clayton Hotel & Members Club, Cherry Creek

  • Format: Live, conversation-driven speaker series

Seats are intentionally limited to keep the experience high quality and engaging.

What You Will Walk Away With

This event is designed to leave you with clarity, not overwhelm.

You should expect to walk away with:

  • New ideas you can adapt to your business immediately

  • A better understanding of what models actually fit your strengths

  • Validation that there is more than one path to success

  • Insight into where the industry is heading into 2026

  • Conversations that continue well after the event ends

Often the most valuable takeaway is not one tactic, but a shift in how you think about your business.

Why This Matters Heading Into 2026

The next phase of real estate is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things consistently. Markets evolve. Consumer expectations change. Technology accelerates everything. Agents who succeed long-term are the ones who adapt thoughtfully instead of reacting emotionally.

This event is meant to help you zoom out, learn from peers who are doing the work, and make smarter decisions about where you invest your time and energy.

Final Thoughts

I believe deeply in agent-to-agent learning. Some of the best ideas in this industry do not come from coaches or trends. They come from conversations with people who are in the trenches, building real businesses. That is what this event is about.

If you want to be in a room focused on execution, clarity, and real-world strategy, I would love to see you there.
