When I look at the Colorado real estate community, there are a few traditions that always remind me why I love doing what I do. Our annual Thanksgiving Pie Pick Up Party is one of them. Every year Chicago Title Colorado partners with All My Sons Moving to bring clients, agents, lenders, and friends together for a simple but meaningful reason: to connect, say thank you, and kick off the holiday season with people who make this business special.

Today I want to give you a behind the scenes look at this event, why it means so much to me, and how small, consistent client appreciation events like this can strengthen your brand as a real estate professional in Denver and across the Front Range.

Why Events Like the Thanksgiving Pie Pick Up Matter in Colorado Real Estate

Hosting events is one of the strongest ways to build trust and stay top of mind. It is more than giving out a pie. It is creating a moment your clients and partners will remember long after the holidays.

When people walk through the door, grab a drink, laugh with friends, and pick up their pie, it creates a feeling of connection that is hard to duplicate in an email or ad. The entire room fills with energy, gratitude, and that sense of community that keeps this industry moving.

For me, this event reflects what Chicago Title Colorado is all about. Service. Relationships. Consistency. Showing up.

Celebrating the Real Estate Community in Denver and the Front Range

Every year I walk into this party and immediately feel that reminder of how lucky I am to work with so many amazing real estate professionals. Agents who grind every day. Lenders who show up for their clients. Partners who support this industry from behind the scenes.

🥧 This year was no different. We had clients, friends, and partners stop by to:

  • Pick up a holiday pie for their families

  • Share a drink and catch up

  • Connect with other industry professionals

  • Kick off the season together before things get busy

That is what makes this event special. It brings people together. And in a business where relationships matter more than anything, that connection makes a real impact.

A Shoutout to Rocket Lister for Supporting Agents and Leveling Up Content

I always want to highlight partners who consistently add value to the Colorado real estate world, and Rocket Lister is one of them.

🎥 They filmed and edited the recap for this event, and they always deliver clean, professional content for agents. Beyond video, they help with:

  • High quality real estate photography

  • Listing media packages

  • MLS entry

  • Lockbox and sign installation

  • Marketing upgrades that help listings stand out

If you are an agent looking to elevate your listing presentation or tighten up your brand, Rocket Lister is a team worth connecting with.

What Real Estate Agents Can Learn From a Simple Client Appreciation Event

One thing I always talk about in my marketing classes is the importance of consistency. You do not need the biggest budget or the flashiest venue. You just need to show up for your people.

Here are a few takeaways you can apply to your own business:

1. Keep It Simple

A pie, a drink, a handshake. Simplicity is powerful.

2. Repeat It Every Year

Tradition builds predictability. Predictability builds trust.

3. Promote the Event in Advance

Drip email campaigns, social media reminders, and personal invitations go a long way.

4. Add a Partner or Sponsor

It brings in extra value and strengthens your network.

5. Capture the Moment

Photos and video turn one event into months of content for your brand.

These small touches can increase referrals, strengthen retention, and create loyal long term clients.

How Client Appreciation Events Help You Stand Out in the Colorado Market

Denver and the Front Range are competitive markets. Anything that strengthens trust with your sphere gives you an edge.

Client events help you:

  • Stay top of mind heading into the new year

  • Build deeper, face to face relationships

  • Show appreciation in a memorable way

  • Encourage repeat business

  • Create easy follow up conversations after the event

When your clients feel appreciated, they become your biggest promoters. And when you layer in consistent marketing, email touchpoints, and educational content throughout the year, your business grows naturally.

Looking Ahead to More Colorado Real Estate Events in 2026

Hosting events like this motivates me to keep doing more for the real estate community. I want to continue creating opportunities where agents can learn, grow, network, and feel supported. Whether it is an AI workshop, a Google Business training, a video marketing class, or another appreciation event, I look forward to bringing even more value in 2026.

Thank you again to everyone who came out. I appreciate you more than you know.
