What does it mean to be featured in Colorado Springs Real Producers as part of the Chicago Title Colorado Springs team?

For me, this feature is about a lot more than being in a magazine. It is a reflection of the people, culture, leadership, and relationships that make Chicago Title Colorado Springs such a special place to be, and why I am proud to be part of this team.
Being featured in Colorado Springs Real Producers alongside the Chicago Title Colorado Springs team is something I’m genuinely grateful for.
When I look at these pages, I do not just see headshots, names, and job titles. I see people I respect. I see a team culture that means something. I see leadership that has created an environment where people feel supported, challenged, valued, and trusted. And I see a company that, in my opinion, really understands that this business is still all about people.
That is what stood out to me the most.
This feature is not just about title insurance. It is about the people behind it.
It is about the relationships we build with REALTORS®, lenders, buyers, sellers, and everyone else involved in the process. It is about showing up consistently. It is about doing what you say you are going to do. It is about making transactions feel smoother, clearer, and less stressful for the people counting on you.
That is what I believe in, and that is a big part of why I am proud to be part of Chicago Title Colorado Springs.
This feature captured something bigger than a company profile
One of the things I really liked about this spread is that it did not feel stiff or overly corporate.
It felt human.
Each page gave a little more insight into the story behind the person. Where they came from. How they got into the business. What they care about. What they value. How they approach relationships. What makes them who they are.
That matters because in real estate, people do not just choose companies. They choose people.
They choose the escrow officer who communicates well. They choose the title rep who follows through. They choose the closer who helps keep things calm. They choose the leader who builds a strong culture. They choose the partner they trust.
That is why I think this feature was powerful. It gave people a chance to see the human side of our office.
I’m proud to be part of Chicago Title Colorado Springs
There are a lot of things I could say here, but the biggest one is simple: I’m proud to be part of this team.
What I see in this office is a group of people who genuinely care.
People who care about doing good work. People who care about helping others.People who care about the experience clients and agents have from start to finish.People who care about showing up the right way.
That kind of culture does not happen by accident.
It comes from leadership. It comes from trust. It comes from bringing in the right people. It comes from creating an office where collaboration is real and not just something people say.
That is something I appreciate a lot.
My feature in the magazine meant a lot to me personally
Seeing my own page in this feature was a meaningful moment for me.
Any time you get the chance to stop and reflect on your own story, it is a reminder of how much can change over time.
For me, the path into this industry was not some perfectly mapped-out plan from the beginning. Like a lot of people, I found my way into it through life experience, relationships, and a willingness to figure things out along the way. Over time, I realized this business was a great fit because it gave me the chance to combine relationship-building, marketing, communication, and helping people grow.
That is a huge part of what drives me.
Yes, I work in title insurance. That is how I make a living. But I have always looked at my role as being bigger than just title. I want to be someone who brings value. Someone who helps real estate agents and mortgage professionals grow. Someone people can count on for ideas, support, strategy, and follow-through.
That is the part of the job I love most.
So seeing my story represented in this feature was meaningful because it reflected that bigger mission.
What stood out to me about the team pages
As I looked through the other pages in the feature, there were a few things that stood out right away.
First, everyone’s path into the business was a little different.
Some people came from lending. Some came from different industries. Some were drawn in through opportunity. Some through relationships. Some through curiosity.
But even with those different backgrounds, there were a lot of common threads.
I kept seeing words and themes like:
Communication
Care
Consistency
Organization
Integrity
Leadership
Empathy
Collaboration
Support
Growth
That says a lot.
To me, that is the kind of language you want connected to a title company. Because at the end of the day, those are the qualities that actually shape the experience people have with you.
A title company can say it closes transactions. That is expected.
What really matters is how it does it.
The people side of title insurance matters more than most people realize
I think sometimes people outside the business do not fully realize how much the people behind the scenes can impact the transaction experience.
But if you work in real estate, you know.
You know how much smoother things feel when the right people are involved. You know how valuable strong communication is. You know how much it matters when someone is organized, responsive, and calm under pressure. You know how much trust matters when deadlines are tight and emotions are high.
That is why I always say this is still a relationship business.
The right title partner does a lot more than open and close files.
They help reduce stress. They help protect the client experience. They help keep communication clear. They help solve issues early. They help the agent and lender look better. They help transactions feel more professional and more manageable.
That is why the people behind the company matter so much.
Leadership shapes everything
Another thing I thought this feature did well was highlight the leadership behind the office.
Strong leadership shapes office culture. Office culture shapes the team. The team shapes the client experience.
That connection is real.
When leadership creates an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and valued, it usually shows up in the work. People communicate better. They care more. They take more ownership. They want to do a good job. They want to help each other win.
That kind of environment is powerful.
And when you are on the outside looking in, maybe as a REALTOR®, lender, or strategic partner, you can feel the difference.
I think that came through clearly in this feature.
This was also a reminder of how important personal branding is
One thing I always pay attention to is how people and businesses present themselves.
And from a branding standpoint, this feature worked because it did not just list titles. It told stories.
That is the lesson.
People connect with stories. People remember stories. People trust stories.
If you are a real estate agent, lender, title rep, or business owner, there is something to learn from that. Your brand is not just your logo, your colors, or your website. Your brand is also your story, your values, your voice, and the experience people associate with you.
That is a big reason why I believe in creating content, teaching classes, hosting events, sharing tools, and trying to be a real resource. I want people to know what I stand for and what kind of value I want to bring to the relationship.
This feature reinforced that.
Even the visual design of the spread said something
You mentioned wanting me to read the fonts and the design feel too, and I think that is worth talking about because it adds to the whole impression.
The typography in the feature felt elevated, polished, and intentional.
The names were set in a high-contrast serif style with a refined, editorial feel. That gave the pages a premium, professional look right away. Then those were paired with a cleaner, spaced-out sans serif treatment for the last names and some of the supporting text, which made everything feel modern and balanced.
That combination worked really well.
It gave the feature a look that felt:
Professional
Clean
Upscale
Established
People-focused
Editorial rather than overly sales-driven
The neutral color palette also helped. The soft beige and black typography, paired with clean layouts and warm office photography, made the whole spread feel approachable but polished. It did not feel flashy. It felt confident.
I think that matters because good branding is not always about being loud. Sometimes it is about looking steady, professional, and trustworthy.
That is how this came across to me.
What I hope people take away from this feature
If someone flips through this issue and lands on these pages, I hope they walk away with a clear impression of who we are.
I hope they see a team that cares.I hope they see people who take pride in their work.I hope they see leadership and culture.I hope they see professionalism without losing the human side. I hope they see a group of people who genuinely want to help make the process better for the real estate community.
For me personally, I hope people also see what I try to bring to the table.
I want to be known as someone who follows through.Someone who adds value.Someone who helps agents and partners grow. Someone who takes relationships seriously. Someone who shows up with consistency, professionalism, and real care for the people I work with.
That is what matters to me.
Why I think this matters for the Colorado Springs real estate community
The Colorado Springs real estate community is built on relationships.
That is true for agents. It is true for lenders. It is true for title reps. It is true for escrow teams. It is true for everyone connected to the business.
Features like this matter because they help make those relationships more real. They create familiarity. They create visibility. They help people understand who is behind the company and what kind of culture they are aligning themselves with when they choose to work together.
That is valuable.
Because business gets stronger when relationships get stronger.
Final takeaway
At the end of the day, being featured in Colorado Springs Real Producers as part of Chicago Title Colorado Springs means a lot to me because it reflects something I care deeply about people.
People are the whole thing.
People are why this business works. People are why relationships matter. People are why culture matters. People are why trust matters. People are why consistency matters.
I’m grateful to be part of a team that understands that.
And I’m grateful to be surrounded by people whose stories, values, and work ethic help make Chicago Title Colorado Springs a place I’m proud to be associated with.
This feature was a nice reminder of that.
