What is the Real Producers Dodgeball Tournament for Charity 2026?It’s a high-energy, community-driven event bringing the real estate industry together for friendly competition, real connections, and a great cause.

Real estate. Dodgeball. Charity. Let’s go.

Every once in a while, an event comes together that just feels right. This is one of those.

I’m excited to share the Real Producers Dodgeball Tournament for Charity 2026, an event built around fun, teamwork, and giving back. It’s competitive in the best way, inclusive no matter your skill level, and centered on the real estate community showing up for something bigger than ourselves.

If you’ve been to my events before, you know the vibe I aim for. Relaxed. Welcoming. Real conversations. This one just adds dodgeballs.

Why this event matters

Real estate can be competitive. We all feel it. But it’s also one of the most relationship-driven industries out there. The best events are the ones that take us out of the usual rooms, ditch the name tags, and give us a shared experience.

That’s what this tournament is about.

  • Bringing agents, lenders, and industry partners together in a fun, low-pressure setting

  • Creating organic connections that don’t feel forced

  • Supporting a charitable cause while we’re at it

You can play hard, cheer loud, or just show up to support. All of it counts.

What to expect at the Dodgeball Tournament

This isn’t a hyper-serious, win-at-all-costs tournament. It’s competitive, but friendly. Expect laughs, team spirit, and probably a few dramatic slow-motion dodgeball moments.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Teams made up of real estate professionals

  • Friendly competition with a focus on fun

  • Plenty of chances to connect between games

  • A strong community feel from start to finish

  • The opportunity to support a meaningful charity

You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need a good attitude and maybe a little competitive spirit.

Play, cheer, or just come hang out

Not everyone wants to play dodgeball. Totally fair.

If you’re not into playing, this event is still absolutely worth coming to. Some of the best conversations happen on the sidelines. Cheering on teams, catching up with people you haven’t seen in a while, and meeting new faces in the industry all happen naturally here.

This is one of those events where participation looks different for everyone, and that’s exactly how it should be.

Built for the real estate community

What I love most about events like this is how they bring together people from all corners of the industry. Newer agents. Seasoned producers. Lenders. Title. Vendors. Everyone shows up on equal footing.

That’s very intentional.

When you remove the sales pitch and replace it with a shared experience, relationships form faster and feel more genuine. Those relationships are what make this business more sustainable and more enjoyable long term.

Why charity is at the center

Giving back is a core part of why we’re doing this.

The charity component isn’t an afterthought. It’s the foundation. Showing up, participating, and supporting the event means contributing to something positive beyond ourselves and our businesses.

It’s a reminder that as an industry, we have the ability to make an impact when we come together.

A quick thank you

Events like this don’t work without people who show up. I’m grateful for the Real Producers community, the industry partners who support events like this, and every agent who makes time to step away from their day-to-day to be part of something fun and meaningful. I can’t wait to see teams forming, sidelines filling up, and the energy that comes from a room full of real estate professionals doing something a little different.
