What does it look like when a title company truly partners with the real estate community?
The short answer: real relationships, consistent education, strong service, and showing up every single time.
That’s exactly what I want to talk about today.

Opening the Chicago Title Office in Colorado Springs
Just over two years ago, we opened our Chicago Title office in Colorado Springs.
At the time, our mindset was simple.
If we were going to do this, we had to do it the right way.
That meant:
Delivering excellent escrow and title service
Bringing something different to the market
Creating a culture that was fun, educational, and relationship-driven
We didn’t want to be just another title company.
We wanted to be a true resource for the real estate community.
Service Still Comes First
No matter how many classes I teach or events I host, the foundation of everything we do starts with service.
At the end of the day, title and escrow matter.
Deadlines matter. Communication matters. Problem-solving matters.
I can help you with marketing ideas, AI tools, social media strategies, and business growth all day long, but none of that matters if the transaction doesn’t close smoothly.
That’s why one of the most important parts of my job is helping real estate agents and lenders work with the right escrow officers.
When the escrow side of the transaction runs smoothly, everything else becomes easier.
