🍔 Nothing beats summer with friends, food, and our amazing real estate community!

The MEAT UP Client Appreciation BBQ was all about good burgers, cold drinks, music, and connecting with great people in Denver real estate.

Whether you were there to network, relax, or just enjoy the sunshine with friends, this event showed what our industry is all about: relationships.

Why Client Appreciation Events Matter

Client appreciation events like the MEAT UP aren’t just about food and fun-they’re about connection. In real estate, your business grows through relationships. Hosting or attending events allows you to:

  • Strengthen your relationships with past clients

  • Meet new agents, lenders, and vendors

  • Build trust by showing up consistently

  • Create lasting memories outside of a business setting

When clients and colleagues see you investing in community, it builds goodwill-and that translates into referrals and long-term loyalty.

A Huge Thank You to Our Partners

Events like this don’t happen without collaboration.

🙏 Thank you to Pete Sola with DNVR Lending and Austin Wickham with Red Rock Roofing for teaming up with me to make the MEAT UP a success.

🎥 Shoutout to Rocket Lister for filming and editing the recap video-you helped capture the energy and fun so we can all relive it.

This event reminded me of something I always share with agents: you don’t have to go it alone. Partner with trusted lenders, vendors, and title companies to create experiences your clients will never forget.

The Power of Real Estate Community

Denver’s real estate market is competitive, but it’s also collaborative. Events like the MEAT UP show how much stronger we are when we come together.

For agents, this kind of networking is invaluable:

  • New agents gain mentorship and guidance from peers.

  • Experienced agents expand their referral networks.

  • Lenders, inspectors, and vendors build meaningful partnerships with the professionals they support every day.

When you invest in community, you invest in your business.

Already Looking Forward to the Next One

The laughter, the handshakes, the clinking of cold drinks-it all reinforced why I love hosting events for this industry. These gatherings remind us that real estate is about more than contracts and closings. It’s about people. I’m already looking forward to planning the next one, and I’d love for you to join.

As you think about how to grow your real estate business, remember: it’s not always about another ad campaign or another cold call. Sometimes the best growth strategy is simply bringing people together.

If you missed this MEAT UP, keep an eye out for the next one-you won’t want to miss it.
