Chicago Title Colorado was named Real Producers Partner of the Year 2025. Here’s what the award means, why partnerships matter in real estate, and what’s next for the Colorado Springs real estate community.

What does it mean to be named Real Producers Partner of the Year in 2025?

It means showing up consistently, adding real value to real estate agents, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust, education, and community. Being recognized as Partner of the Year is not about one moment. It is about years of collaboration and impact.

I’m incredibly grateful and honored to share that Chicago Title was recognized as Real Producers Partner of the Year for 2025.

This recognition means a lot because it represents something bigger than an award. It reflects the relationships we’ve built, the value we’ve delivered, and the commitment we’ve made to supporting the real estate community across Colorado.

I want to take a moment to explain why this matters, who made it possible, and what it means for agents, lenders, and partners moving forward.

Why the Real Producers Partner of the Year Award Matters

Real Producers does not hand out this award lightly. Partner of the Year is about consistency, contribution, and collaboration.

It recognizes companies that:

  • Show up for the real estate community year-round

  • Invest time and resources into agent education

  • Support events, networking, and relationship building

  • Prioritize people over transactions

Being named Partner of the Year tells me we’re doing the right things for the right reasons. This award is not about volume or logos. It is about impact.

Chicago Title’s Role as a True Real Producers Partner

At Chicago Title, our focus has always been on partnership, not just closings.

Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Education First

I spend a significant amount of time teaching classes, hosting workshops, and creating content designed to help agents grow their businesses. Topics range from AI and marketing to Google optimization, video strategy, and database growth.

When agents grow, the entire industry benefits.

Community Over Competition

We actively support events that bring people together. From panels and workshops to fitness events and social mixers, the goal is always connection.

Real Producers shares that same philosophy, which is why this partnership works so well.

Long-Term Relationships

This award reflects years of showing up consistently, not just when it is convenient. That alignment matters.

A Huge Shout-Out to Ben Gosz

This recognition would not be complete without acknowledging Ben Gosz.

Ben is an incredible partner and teammate. The work we’ve done together is rooted in shared values, trust, and a genuine desire to serve the real estate community at a high level.

When partnerships are built on alignment instead of transactions, great things happen. I’m proud of what we’re building together and excited about what’s next.

Why Real Producers Is Such a Powerful Platform

Real Producers has become one of the most influential platforms in the real estate industry because it focuses on people, not just production numbers.

It highlights:

  • Top-performing agents

  • Meaningful partnerships

  • Local market leaders

  • Authentic stories within the industry

Being aligned with a brand that celebrates community and collaboration makes this award even more meaningful.

What This Means for Colorado Real Estate Agents

If you are a real estate agent reading this, here’s why this matters to you.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to:

  • Providing free and accessible education

  • Hosting high-quality events that actually add value

  • Creating tools and resources agents can use immediately

  • Being a partner you can rely on beyond the closing table

Our goal is simple. Help you save time, grow your business, and stay ahead in a competitive market.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next in 2026

We’re just getting started.

One thing I’m especially excited about is our annual dodgeball tournament with Real Producers in Colorado Springs coming in 2026.

Yes, it’s competitive.Yes, it’s fun.And yes, it brings the real estate community together in a way that only events like this can.

Beyond that, expect:

  • More classes and workshops

  • More collaboration with industry partners

  • More creative events built for connection and education

  • More resources for agents and lenders across Colorado

Gratitude for the Real Estate Community

This award belongs to the agents, lenders, and partners who trust us and continue to show up. Thank you to Real Producers for the collaboration and support.

Thank you to the real estate community for allowing us to be part of your businesses and your growth. And thank you to everyone who believes that relationships still matter in real estate.
