Planning 2026 Real Estate Classes and Events for the Colorado Real Estate Community

Now that we’re officially in December 2025, I’m already deep into planning mode for all the classes, workshops, and community events coming in 2026. Every year I ask myself one simple question: how can I make the biggest impact for real estate agents, lenders, and real estate professionals here in Colorado?

My goal never changes. I want to create experiences that help agents grow their business, stay educated on the tools that matter, and feel supported in this constantly evolving real estate world.

Over the past few years I’ve seen just how powerful it is when this community comes together. When agents step into a room full of peers, learn something new, build relationships, and walk out with tools that make their business run smoother, everybody wins. Today I want to pull back the curtain and share how I plan out my yearly event calendar, why it matters, and what you can expect from me in 2026.

Why I Plan Events Months in Advance

Anyone in real estate knows how quickly the industry moves. New tech pops up. Market conditions shift. Consumer expectations evolve. Because of that, I map out my event calendar early so I can stay intentional with every topic I teach and give agents the opportunity to save the dates ahead of time.

Planning ahead lets me offer:

📌 A more structured curriculum

📌 Consistent monthly and weekly events

📌 Fresh topics that match current market needs

📌 More opportunities to partner with lenders, brokers, and industry experts

📌 Community events that strengthen real relationships

Creating the full year in advance helps me stay aligned with my mission: educate, empower, and support the real estate community throughout Denver and Colorado Springs.

Looking Back at 2025 Events

2025 was packed. Classes, workshops, guest speakers, networking socials, marketing trainings, AI sessions, and everything in between. The recap video in this post is only a small glimpse into the energy this community brings.

What I love most about these events is the diversity of experience levels. New agents sit next to ten year veterans. Lenders bounce ideas off brokers. Teams brainstorm with individual agents. Everyone leaves with something valuable.

That’s what keeps me motivated to plan even bigger things for the upcoming year.

What’s Coming in 2026

Without giving everything away, here are a few categories of events and classes you can expect to see next year.

Advanced Marketing and AI Classes

AI is only becoming more important for real estate. In 2026 I’ll be offering more in depth training on topics like:

• Automating social media content

• Building full lead funnels using Meta and Google Ads

• Creating neighborhood farming systems using data

• Using AI tools for CMA reports and listing presentations

These sessions are built to be practical and hands on so you can walk away saving hours every week.

Real Estate Fundamentals for Newer Agents

For agents still building their foundation, I’m bringing back simplified and action focused classes:

• How to generate referrals consistently

• How to build a predictable and sustainable pipeline

• How to market listings without overspending

• How to use platforms like Canva or ChatGPT even if you’re not tech savvy

These are always some of the most popular sessions because they give you real strategies you can implement right away.

Community Socials and Networking Events

Nothing replaces in person connection. In 2026 you’ll see more community meetups, mixers, office collaborations, and fun social events with local partners. These are always some of the highest attended events of the year.

Guest Speakers and Panel Events

You’ll see more voices from inside and outside real estate, including experts on branding, communication psychology, negotiation, video marketing, and more. The goal is to bring new ideas into the community and expand the way we think about business and client experience.

Why This Community Matters

Real estate isn’t a solo sport.

When you surround yourself with people who want to grow, everything gets easier. You learn faster, stay more motivated, think bigger, and make stronger decisions. The relationships you build in this industry often last years or even decades.

Every event I host is designed with that belief in mind.
