One Year Ago: Starting From Zero
It’s wild to think back just one year ago. I was sitting in the room at the Real Producers Awards in Colorado Springs… and I didn’t know a single person.
After 8 years in title insurance sales with Chicago Title in the Denver Metro area, stepping into Colorado Springs felt like hitting the reset button.
Opening an office without title orders yet? Humbling. Explaining to agents, “Well, we’ve got a temporary space while we search for the right office”? Even more humbling.
But here’s the truth: trust isn’t automatic-it’s earned one relationship at a time.

January 2025: Our official Chicago Title Colorado Springs office opened its doors.March 2025: Ranked 6th out of 15+ title companies for market share in the Springs.
That progress isn’t because of me or even just our team-it’s because the Colorado Springs real estate community showed up, collaborated, and gave us opportunities to serve.
