The energy was high, the competition was fierce, and the community impact was unforgettable. The 2nd Annual Dodgeball Tournament, hosted by Real Producers Colorado Springs, proved once again that the local real estate industry knows how to blend business, fun, and philanthropy into something truly special.

Held on Thursday, February 20, at the Soccer Haus Sports and Events Center, this exciting event united real estate professionals from across the region for a fast-paced tournament filled with laughter, teamwork, and purpose.

Real Estate Professionals Came to Play—and Give Back

This wasn’t just another networking event. The dodgeball tournament brought together 16 teams of real estate professionals, each competing not just for bragging rights—but for the chance to make a difference.

The format: a single-elimination bracket, six players per team, and one goal—to win and donate. The stakes were high, with 100% of the event’s profits (approximately $2,000) pledged to the winning team’s charity of choice.

The result? An unforgettable afternoon that raised meaningful funds for a local cause, built stronger connections between agents and vendors, and showcased what makes the Colorado Springs real estate community so unique.

Creative Energy On and Off the Court

The event wasn’t just about winning—it was about showing up with spirit, creativity, and enthusiasm. Teams brought their A-game with:

  • Choreographed entrances that had the crowd cheering

  • Matching team uniforms and fun, themed costumes

  • Inventive team names that kept the atmosphere light and entertaining

The result was an electric environment that balanced competitive fun with a strong sense of community.

Fans, Food, and Fun for Everyone

Not a player? No problem. Dozens of spectators filled the SoccerHaus arena, enjoying the show while cheering on their colleagues and friends. With free entry for fans, the event drew a great crowd of real estate professionals, support staff, and families.

The on-site Upper 90 Tavern, located on the indoor balcony, provided the perfect place to enjoy food and drinks while overlooking the action. It made the event feel less like a tournament and more like a community celebration.

Why Events Like This Matter

Real estate can be a fast-paced and often competitive industry, but events like this remind us that we’re stronger together. Whether you’re a Realtor, lender, title rep, or vendor, the opportunity to step away from the desk and into a fun, collaborative setting is invaluable.

It’s also proof that networking doesn’t have to be traditional. Dodgeball, laughter, and shared goals can build business relationships just as effectively as a luncheon or seminar—sometimes even more so.

By combining physical activity, friendly competition, and charitable giving, this event showcased a fresh, effective approach to real estate networking in Colorado Springs.

Thank You to Everyone Who Made It Happen

This tournament wouldn’t have been possible without the collaborative effort of our:

  • Event organizers and Real Producers leadership

  • Participating real estate teams

  • Local sponsors and vendors

  • Volunteers, staff, and supporters

  • The incredible venue at SoccerHaus Sports and Events Center

Your time, energy, and enthusiasm made this event not only a success—but a standout moment in the 2024 real estate calendar.

Real Producers’ 2nd Annual Dodgeball Tournament united Colorado Springs’ real estate community for a fun, high-energy event with a purpose—raising awareness and support for a local cause.
