What did I share at the recent NAHREP Denver event about AI and real estate in 2026?I walked through a brand-new, never-before-taught framework focused on using AI strategically to save time, streamline workflows, and help real estate professionals stand out without chasing hype.

Why This NAHREP Denver Event Meant So Much to Me

I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to speak with NAHREP Denver at the Lakewood Cultural Center. Rooms like this are where real conversations happen. Not surface-level AI talk. Not buzzwords. Actual strategy.

This industry is changing fast. The agents and lenders who will win in 2026 are not the ones trying every new tool. They’re the ones building systems, clarity, and consistency with the right tools. That’s exactly what this presentation was built around.

A Brand-New Presentation: AI Without the Hype

The title of the talk was simple but intentional:

How You Can Use AI in 2026 to Work Smarter, Save Time, and Stand Out

I’ve taught dozens of AI classes over the past year, but this one was different. I didn’t recycle slides. I didn’t reuse old frameworks. This was built specifically around where I see real estate heading next. Instead of overwhelming the room with 50 tools, I focused on what actually matters.

The Core Philosophy I Shared

AI is not here to replace real estate professionals. AI is here to remove friction.

When used correctly, AI should:

  • Reduce repetitive work

  • Improve decision-making

  • Strengthen your personal brand

  • Give you back time without sacrificing quality

If an AI tool does not do at least one of those things, it’s probably noise.

The Five AI Tools I Believe Will Matter Most in 2026

Rather than listing every shiny new platform, I broke down what I believe are the five most valuable AI tools available right now that will still matter in 2026.

Not because they’re trendy. Because they integrate into real workflows.

We talked through how these tools can support:

  • Content creation without burnout

  • Smarter marketing execution

  • Better client communication

  • Stronger digital presence

  • More consistent follow-up and planning

The goal was not to turn anyone into a tech expert. The goal was to help agents and lenders build leverage.

Efficiency Beats Hustle Every Time

One of the biggest themes of the session was this:

The agents who succeed long-term are not the busiest. They’re the most intentional.

AI done right allows you to:

  • Spend less time behind a screen

  • Show up more prepared for clients

  • Create content that actually reflects your expertise

  • Stop wasting time on tasks that don’t move the needle

That message really resonated in the room, especially with professionals juggling transactions, marketing, family, and everything else that comes with this business.

Why Conversations Like This Matter Right Now

I truly believe that growth happens in rooms like this.

When real estate professionals come together to talk honestly about what’s working, what’s changing, and what’s next, everyone levels up.

The questions, side conversations, and follow-ups after this presentation confirmed something I already knew. People are ready to move beyond AI curiosity and into AI clarity. That’s where real momentum starts.

Big Thanks to Rocket Lister

A huge shout-out to Rocket Lister for filming and editing the recap video from this event. They’ve been a fantastic partner over the years and consistently help agents elevate their video content the right way. Clean visuals. Professional execution. No gimmicks. Video continues to be one of the most powerful ways to build trust in real estate, and having the right team matters.

I share insights from speaking at NAHREP Denver on how real estate professionals can use AI in 2026 to save time, improve workflows, and stand out strategically.

What’s Coming Next

This event was just one stop.

I’ve got more classes, tools, and AI education coming soon, all built around helping real estate professionals:

  • Stay ahead of industry changes

  • Build smarter systems

  • Strengthen their brand without burning out

  • Use technology with purpose

If you’re in real estate and want to be proactive about where this industry is headed, keep following along. I’ll continue sharing what’s working, what’s changing, and what actually matters.
