Real Estate Farming and Direct Mail Recommendations

Are you sending direct mail or thinking about possibly sending direct mail?

If so, then I want to talk to you about a direct mail company out there that has the highest conversion rate that I know about... and it's called Corefact.

Corefact is a direct mail company, where you can send a customized direct mail piece that could be compared to another resource, Homebot.

What it is, is when you send out a mailer, it is custom created for every single homeowner, where it says their name, and then on the mailer, there's a map - and on that map is a lit up neighborhood with their home on it and any homes that have sold within the last 12 months. It's very personalized and customized.

These mailers catch the attention of that homeowner and asked them, "Hey, "do you want to know how much your home is worth right now in this market?" If the homeowner is interested, there's a unique key code for every single homeowner right down below that they can actually take and then go online and actually see an estimate value of their home instantly.

What this does for you as a real estate agent is once someone logs into this website with their unique key code, you know, on the backend, which homeowners are receiving your mailers and are interested enough to know the value of their property.

From there, you can then take that information and do with it as you wish - But it's great intel for you to know who in the neighborhood is looking at the value of their home and what kind of response rates you are getting?
