March Madness 2025 wasn’t just about buzzer-beaters and bracket breakers—it was about building stronger connections in the real estate community across Colorado. This year, Chicago Title brought the energy to both Denver and Colorado Springs by hosting our annual March Madness Watch Parties, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who made it an unforgettable experience.
From Chopper’s Sports Grill in Denver to Bloom Ultra Lounge in Colorado Springs, it was a day filled with hoops, hospitality, and high-level networking.
Two Cities, One Purpose: Building Community in Real Estate
We believe that building a thriving real estate business goes beyond transactions—it’s about relationships.
Events like our March Madness gatherings are designed to foster those connections in a fun, relaxed, and organic setting. Whether you’re a veteran Realtor, lender, builder, or vendor, these casual meetups provide a unique opportunity to connect with peers outside of the office.
At both venues, we welcomed a vibrant mix of real estate agents, mortgage pros, home inspectors, title reps, and more. Some came to catch the games, others just stopped in to say hello, but everyone walked away with new contacts and fresh energy to take back to their business.
Denver Watch Party: Chopper’s Sports Grill
Known for its lively atmosphere and wall-to-wall TVs, Chopper’s in Cherry Creek was the perfect spot for our Denver March Madness event. Attendees enjoyed a front-row seat to the action while networking with some of the area’s top-producing agents and service providers.
The buzz was high as game highlights played, but what really stood out were the organic conversations—from marketing tips to new listing challenges to Q2 business planning. These authentic moments are what we strive to create at every event.
Colorado Springs Watch Party: Bloom Ultra Lounge
Meanwhile, down south, Bloom Ultra Lounge in Colorado Springs provided a stylish and intimate vibe for our Springs crowd. With games streaming on multiple screens, comfortable lounge seating, and a great drink menu, the afternoon flew by in the best way possible.
Many attendees noted how refreshing it was to attend an event that felt more like a gathering of friends than a stuffy networking mixer. It was a space where newer agents felt just as welcome as seasoned professionals—and where authentic community-building took center stage.

Why Events Like These Matter for Real Estate Professionals
As the real estate industry evolves, face-to-face relationships remain more important than ever. While we continue to embrace technology and digital marketing tools, it’s in-person events like these that keep our community strong and collaborative.
Here’s why events like March Madness matter:
They foster authentic relationships that go beyond a business card
They offer a relaxed space for collaboration, idea-sharing, and referrals
They remind us that real estate is personal—about people, stories, and trust
When you show up consistently—whether it's at a CE class, a marketing workshop, or a watch party—you build brand awareness, credibility, and genuine connection. That’s how long-term partnerships and client loyalty are built.
