An Afternoon Focused on Growth, Innovation, and Opportunity

Vanessa and I would love to invite you to join the Denver real estate community for an event that I believe is incredibly timely.

On Friday, July 31, 2026, NAHREP Denver will host De Raíces a Riqueza: AI and Investing Summit from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bonacquisti Wine Company, located at 4640 N Pecos Street, Unit I, Denver, Colorado 80211. s afternoon will be dedicated to:

Artificial intelligence

Real estate investing

Sales and business development

Financial growth

Productivity and business systems

Community building

Long-term wealth creation

I will be teaching a brand-new class focused on practical ways artificial intelligence is changing sales, marketing, real estate, client communication, productivity, and business development.

Ivan Acosta with Alterra Home Loans will also be sharing valuable insights related to investing, lending, financial growth, creative financing, and building long-term wealth.

You will also have time to enjoy food, wine, conversations, and networking with other professionals from across the Denver real estate community.

Here’s the deal.

AI is moving quickly. The real estate market continues to change. Consumers are becoming more educated. Competition is increasing. The way people search for information, communicate with professionals, evaluate opportunities, and make financial decisions is evolving.

You do not need to become a technology expert or professional investor overnight.

You do need to understand what is changing and decide how you will respond.

That is exactly what this event is designed to help you do.

Who Should Attend the AI and Investing Summit?

This event is not only for people who consider themselves highly experienced with AI or real estate investing.

It is for anyone who wants to better understand how technology, business development, investing, and financial education are coming together.

You should consider attending if you are a:

Real estate agent

Mortgage professional

Title or escrow professional

Real estate investor

Entrepreneur

Business owner

Sales professional

Marketing professional

Community leader

Professional interested in building long-term wealth

You may be completely new to AI.

You may already use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI platforms every day.

You may be interested in purchasing your first investment property.

You may already own multiple properties and want to learn more about financing, systems, and business growth.

Wherever you are today, the goal is to help you leave with practical ideas you can apply to your own situation.

Why Artificial Intelligence Matters for Real Estate Professionals

There is a lot of noise surrounding AI right now.

Every week, there seems to be a new platform, feature, automation, or tool that promises to completely change your business.

That can become overwhelming quickly.

I spend a significant amount of time researching AI, experimenting with tools, teaching classes, and helping real estate professionals build practical workflows. One of the biggest things I have learned is that you do not need to use every platform.

You need to understand what problems you are trying to solve.

AI becomes useful when it helps you:

Save time

Follow up more consistently

Organize your business

Prepare for client conversations

Create stronger marketing materials

Analyze information faster

Communicate more clearly

Turn ideas into action

Reduce repetitive administrative work

The goal is not to use AI simply so you can say you are using AI.

The goal is to create leverage.

AI Is Becoming More Than a Writing Tool

For many real estate professionals, their first experience with AI was asking ChatGPT to write a social media caption, listing description, email, or blog post.

Those are still valuable use cases.

However, AI is now moving far beyond basic content creation.

Today, AI platforms can help you analyze spreadsheets, review documents, organize research, prepare presentations, summarize information, build workflows, create images, generate videos, and complete multiple steps within a business process.

Imagine being able to provide an AI platform with information about your business, your audience, your brand voice, and your goals.

You could then use it to help:

Prepare personalized follow-up messages

Build a market report from MLS data

Organize notes before a client meeting

Turn a video transcript into multiple pieces of content

Create a buyer or seller guide

Research content ideas your audience is searching for

Develop a marketing plan for a listing

Generate a weekly email for your database

Review your business processes for inefficiencies

Create a step-by-step plan for an upcoming project

That does not mean you should completely remove yourself from the process.

You are still responsible for the strategy, accuracy, compliance, relationships, and final decisions.

AI can simply help you complete the work faster and give you a stronger starting point.

What I Will Be Teaching at the Summit

For this summit, I am building a brand-new AI class focused on the practical ways artificial intelligence is affecting real estate, sales, marketing, productivity, and business development.

This will not be a presentation filled with technical terminology or unrealistic promises.

My goal is to show you ways AI can support the work you are already doing.

We will explore how AI can help you think through your business, organize information, improve your marketing, communicate with clients, and create systems around tasks that are currently taking too much of your time.

You can expect practical examples, prompts, strategies, and ideas you can take back to your business.

The goal is for you to leave with at least a few things you can begin implementing immediately.

You do not need to remember every tool or strategy presented.

When I teach AI classes, I often describe them as a buffet.

I may show you a variety of tools, workflows, and ideas. Your job is not to put everything on your plate.

Your job is to identify the one, two, or three strategies that are most relevant to your business and begin there.

Using AI to Strengthen Sales and Business Development

Real estate is still a relationship business.

AI does not change that.

What AI can change is how prepared and consistent you are within those relationships.

Think about the amount of information you manage throughout a normal week:

New leads

Past clients

Active clients

Transaction updates

Property information

Market statistics

Follow-up reminders

Emails

Text messages

Social media content

Listing marketing

Appointments

Events

Referral partners

The challenge is rarely a lack of ideas.

The challenge is consistently executing those ideas while also serving clients and managing transactions.

AI can help you turn scattered information into organized action.

For example, you might use AI to review a list of contacts and help create categories for follow-up. You might use it to develop personalized conversation starters before calling past clients. You might use it to summarize previous notes so you are better prepared for a meeting.

You could also use AI to turn one educational idea into:

A short-form video script

An Instagram caption

A LinkedIn post

A client email

A blog post

A YouTube description

A follow-up resource

The value is not simply creating more content.

The value is creating a repeatable system that helps you remain visible and valuable without starting from scratch every time.

Using AI to Improve Real Estate Marketing

Marketing is another area where AI can provide significant leverage.

Most real estate professionals know they need to market themselves consistently, but consistency becomes difficult when every piece of content requires a new idea, script, design, caption, email, and distribution plan.

AI can help you build a process.

You might start with one question a buyer or seller recently asked you.

From that single question, you could create:

A video answering the question

A blog post providing additional detail

A social media carousel

An email to your database

A downloadable guide

A series of frequently asked questions

A follow-up message for current clients

This allows you to spend more time sharing your knowledge and less time staring at a blank screen.

The key is making sure the final content still sounds like you.

Generic AI content is easy to recognize. It often lacks personal experience, local knowledge, clear opinions, and practical examples.

The strongest content combines the efficiency of AI with your own expertise, personality, stories, and perspective.

That is how you create marketing that is both efficient and authentic.

Using AI to Become More Productive

Productivity does not always mean working faster.

Sometimes productivity means eliminating unnecessary steps.

Many professionals use a collection of disconnected systems. They have notes in one place, contacts in another, ideas in a third platform, and reminders scattered across emails, text messages, calendars, and handwritten lists.

AI can help bring structure to that information.

You might use AI to:

Turn meeting notes into a task list

Summarize a long email thread

Create a checklist for a recurring process

Organize ideas by priority

Draft a follow-up message

Compare information across documents

Build a repeatable standard operating procedure

Prepare an agenda for a client meeting

Identify questions that still need to be answered

The objective is not to automate every human interaction.

It is to remove friction from the tasks surrounding those interactions.

When you spend less time organizing information, formatting documents, or rewriting the same message, you have more time to focus on the activities that actually grow your business.

Why Investing and Financial Education Belong in the Conversation

Artificial intelligence is only one part of this event.

The summit is also focused on investing, financial growth, creative financing, and long-term wealth.

Ivan Acosta with Alterra Home Loans will bring valuable lending and investing insights to the conversation. According to the official event listing, the program will include discussion around lending opportunities, creative financing, ITIN buyers, and alternative financing solutions that may help professionals serve a broader community. erstanding these topics can help you become a more knowledgeable resource for your clients and community.

You do not need to personally offer every solution.

However, understanding that different options exist can help you ask better questions, recognize opportunities, and connect people with the appropriate qualified professionals.

For real estate agents, this type of education can also improve client conversations.

Instead of only talking about individual properties, you can begin helping clients think about:

Their long-term goals

Potential investment strategies

Financing options

Building equity

Creating additional income

Preparing for future purchases

Building a team of trusted professionals

Real estate is not only about completing a transaction.

For many people, it can become part of a much larger financial strategy.

From Roots to Wealth

The title De Raíces a Riqueza translates to a powerful idea: moving from roots to wealth.

That message is about more than money.

It is about education, opportunity, access, ownership, community, and creating something that can benefit future generations.

NAHREP identifies its mission as advancing sustainable Hispanic homeownership and educating and empowering the real estate professionals who serve Hispanic homebuyers and sellers. The Denver chapter also focuses on business education, networking, community outreach, and supporting entrepreneurial growth. t is one of the reasons I am excited to be part of this event.

The conversations around AI, investing, and business growth are not separate from the conversation around community impact.

They are connected.

When professionals have access to stronger tools, education, systems, and relationships, they are better equipped to serve their clients.

When consumers have access to knowledgeable professionals, they can make more informed decisions.

When more people understand real estate, financing, investing, and long-term planning, new opportunities become possible.

Why In-Person Education Still Matters

You can learn almost anything online.

You can watch videos, download prompts, listen to podcasts, read blogs, or ask AI questions.

All of those resources can be valuable.

However, there is still something different about being in the room.

In-person events give you the opportunity to ask questions, hear how other professionals are approaching challenges, meet new people, and have conversations that might never happen through a social media post.

One conversation can lead to:

A new referral relationship

A business partnership

A future client

An investment opportunity

A new marketing idea

A different perspective

A solution to a problem you have been trying to solve

That is why we are intentionally creating time for community and connection throughout the afternoon.

There will be education, but there will also be wine, food, networking, and opportunities to meet professionals from across the Denver market.

What You Should Bring to the Event

You do not need to bring a complicated technology setup.

However, I recommend arriving with a few things in mind.

First, think about the repetitive tasks in your business.

What do you do every day or every week that takes too much time?

Second, think about where you are currently inconsistent.

Is it following up with leads? Communicating with your database? Creating content? Preparing for appointments? Organizing your contacts?

Third, think about the opportunities you want to understand better.

Are you interested in investing? Creative financing? Building stronger systems? Improving your marketing? Creating additional revenue opportunities?

Bring those questions with you.

You may hear an example during the event that gives you an immediate idea for your own business.

You may also meet someone who can help you take the next step.

How to Prepare Before Attending

To get more value from the afternoon, consider doing a quick review of your business before July 31.

Write down:

Three tasks that take too much time

Three areas where you need more consistency

One AI platform you are currently using

One part of investing or financing you want to understand better

One professional connection you would like to make

This gives you a clear reason for attending.

Instead of leaving with a random collection of notes, you can evaluate each idea based on whether it helps solve one of those specific challenges.

That is how education turns into implementation.

Do Not Wait Until You Feel Completely Ready

One of the most common reasons professionals avoid learning about AI or investing is that they do not feel ready.

AI feels too technical.

Investing feels too complicated.

Financing terminology feels unfamiliar.

Business systems feel overwhelming.

But you do not have to understand everything before you begin.

You start by learning one concept.

Then you apply one idea.

Then you build on it.

The professionals who benefit most from new technology are not always the most technical people in the room. They are often the people who remain curious, ask good questions, and consistently test small improvements.

The same is true with investing and business growth.

You do not need to have the complete ten-year plan figured out before you take the next step.

You simply need to be willing to learn.
