In a world where relationships are everything, real estate professionals know that networking isn't just a bonus—it's a necessity. This year, I had the incredible opportunity to organize and host 92 real estate events and classes across Colorado, and it’s truly mind-blowing to look back and see the impact we created together.
From educational classes to dodgeball tournaments, the variety of events this year reflects not only the diverse interests of the real estate community, but also how powerful it is when we come together—whether it’s to learn, work out, laugh, or give back.
What 92 Real Estate Events Taught Me
When I kicked off 2024, I never expected to hit this number. But one event led to another, and before I knew it, we had hosted nearly 100 opportunities for real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and industry professionals to connect and grow.
Here’s a quick look at the range of real estate events we hosted:
Real estate CE classes and workshops
Fitness sessions designed specifically for Realtors
Comedy nights to unwind and connect
Charity dodgeball tournaments that supported local nonprofits
Pickleball hangouts that brought together industry peers
Mini golf tournaments with a fun, competitive spirit
Real estate panels with top industry leaders
Happy hours and social mixers in vibrant venues
This wasn’t just about filling a calendar—it was about building real, lasting relationships within the Colorado real estate community.
If you’re a real estate agent looking to grow your network or someone who wants to host events of your own, here are a few key takeaways I’ve learned:
1. Every Type of Event Attracts a Unique Crowd
Not everyone shows up for a 9 AM training class—but those same people might show up at a dodgeball tournament or an evening happy hour. Hosting varied real estate networking events allows you to meet different professionals in the industry who might not otherwise cross paths.
2. Small Events Can Spark Big Connections
Don’t let a light RSVP list discourage you. Some of the most meaningful real estate relationships I’ve built this year came from intimate events with fewer than 10 people. Smaller settings often allow for deeper conversations, one-on-one moments, and more lasting impressions.
Gratitude for Collaboration and Community
None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of co-hosts, sponsors, and attendees who made every event successful. From real estate title companies like Chicago Title, to fellow Realtors and local business partners, each one played a vital role in bringing these events to life.
Whether you helped lead a session, volunteered your time, or simply showed up with a positive attitude—you helped strengthen our community in meaningful ways.

Why Real Estate Events Matter More Than Ever
If you're searching for:
Best real estate networking events in Colorado
Creative ways to connect with Realtors in Denver and Colorado Springs
How to grow your real estate business through events
Unique community-building strategies for real estate agents
Where to find real estate classes and mixers near me
Then these types of events are exactly what you need to plug into a vibrant and supportive professional network.
What’s Next for 2025
With the momentum of 2024 behind us, I’m already looking ahead to what 2025 has in store. Here’s a preview of what I plan to bring to the real estate community in the year ahead:
Expanded event reach to more cities across Colorado
Larger real estate conferences and expert panel discussions
More creative and engaging networking opportunities
A streamlined platform to help agents discover and RSVP for local events with ease
The goal remains the same: bring people together, create value, and support each other in both business and life.
Let’s Keep Building Together
I absolutely love bringing people together—whether it's for education, movement, laughter, or business. To everyone who participated in this year’s events, thank you for your trust, energy, and presence.
