In this video, I'll be discussing two effective methods to find contact information. Whether you're looking for contact information for a real estate property or an individual, these websites will come in handy. Tune in to learn how you can use online directories to easily locate the information you need. Stay tuned for more helpful tips and tricks!

Do you ever need to find the contact information for either a person or a property address? If so, I've got two great resources. The first one, it's completely free. It's called Truepeoplesearch.com.

Check it out. It pulls a ton of data. You can search by the name of the person or by the actual address, and it'll pull up some really good contact info and it's free.

If you strike out there, the next option I got for you is called Title Toolbox. It's offered by me here at Chicago Title. I can sign you up with a free account.

You can pull data on any type of property from a single-family residential home to a bowling alley, to commercial, to anything... Anywhere within the United States.

It costs 5 cents per phone number, 7 cents per email address, and it's been really successful and helpful for a lot of our clients. Reach out to me, Jerad Larkin. If you want access to Title Toolbox or have any specific real estate marketing questions or ideas, I'd be happy to help.
